Meidcare Hereditary Cancer Program

The Medical Science Centers for Genetic Research is a company that works with our nations’ best labs. Our company gathers information in the field.  Think of us as the first leg of a relay race. We gather information about Hereditary Cancer in families and we do CGX and PGX testing. Once the information is gathered, it is sent to labs, and processed. The results of the research and testing is then sent back to the patient to take to their doctor

The work we concentrate on begins with seniors. To understand Hereditary Cancer, we must start with our seniors.One-quarter of new cancer cases are diagnosed in people aged 65 to 74. A similar pattern is seen for many common cancer types. For example, the median age at diagnosis is 61 years for breast cancer, 68 years for colorectal cancer, 70 years for lung cancer, and 66 years for prostate cancer

We ask service organizations across the country to help by organizing the seniors in their community.
